We would be remiss if we didn't take the time
to say "thank you" to you and your staff, you went above and beyond expectations
in the handling the sale of our home.
When a medical mishap made it difficult for
us to do what needed to be done for the sale of our Valrico home, and the purchase
of our condo in Rhode Island, Heather and Mary were there to lesson the burden,
copying files that we were unable to open, making home deliveries, notarizing necessary
papers and FedExing documents to Rhode Island. The actual sale of our home on Stonebridge
went smoothly, a fair price was obtained, and the property sold within a month in
a very slow market.

We apologize
for not writing to you sooner. We want to thank you very much for the beautiful
pastel you drew of Bridie (our dog). You truly captured her color, her eyes and
her gentleness. She managed the road trip to Memphis well enough for a twelve year
old shepherd. She truly is enjoying having us all together again.
Thank you for
making the selling and closing of our home such an easy and enjoyable experience
for us. We will certainly miss Florida and all the friends that we made there.
