Brandon is a fast growing bedroom community just east of
the thriving metropolis of Tampa, east of I-75 and south of I-4. Brandon features
a wonderful mix of residential areas as well as many restaurants, entertainment
venues and shopping. Lovely residential areas include Bloomingdale, Providence
Lakes, Stonewood, Woodberry, Lakewood, and many more.
Valrico compliments Brandon to the east and features the areas of

Riverview is a short distance to the south and is another fast growing
area. It is located on the banks of the Alafia River and includes Lake St.Charles,
Rivercrest, Panther Trace, South Pointe and Summerfield.
The Lithia area is one of the fastest growing communities
in the United States. Bordered on one side by the Alafia River, this area includes

The South Shore area is located on the southern region of the
Tampa Bay in Hillsborough County and features waterfront communities as well as
other planned communities. Waterfront communities include Little Harbor, Mirabay,
Bimini Bay, Andalucia and Symphony Isles. In Ruskin there are new developments
scattered through this quaint old town, some are located on the Little Manatee River
and some are tucked away on little quiet streets.
Eastern Hillsborough County which includes all these areas is conveniently
located near some of Florida's most beautiful beaches and many Florida attractions.
I-75 and I-4 intersect making this an easy commute to surrounding counties and
MacDill Air Force Base. Some of the top rated schools in the state
